Just had my sons car inspected. A couple lights failed and figured it would be easier to have them do it. Nick gave me a quote,but when it was more than just a bulb he repaired the socket and stuck by the quoted price even though I know it would of cost more. I tried to offer extra but he just said have a great day..You can't beat that kind of service, he stands by his word and makes sure it is fixed correctly. He has found a customer for life.

The most important aspect of choosing a auto repair shop is trust. I know, because I used to work at one. I rarely get my vehicles serviced because I can do most of the work myself. However, sometimes there isn't time or a job is too involved and I'm not from the area, so I don't know who to trust. I recently needed service I didn't have time to do myself. From the first phone call and the first meeting at Princes Tire and Auto they established trust. The crew was able to get my vehicle checked quickly and I was given *OPTIONS* for repairs rather than a list of mandates. Thorough inspection, great service, fair pricing, and they earned my trust.
