The most important aspect of choosing a auto repair shop is trust. I know, because I used to work at one. I rarely get my vehicles serviced because I can do most of the work myself. However, sometimes there isn't time or a job is too involved and I'm not from the area, so I don't know who to trust. I recently needed service I didn't have time to do myself. From the first phone call and the first meeting at Princes Tire and Auto they established trust. The crew was able to get my vehicle checked quickly and I was given *OPTIONS* for repairs rather than a list of mandates. Thorough inspection, great service, fair pricing, and they earned my trust. I recommend.

Princes Tire and Auto is exactly what you hope to find in an auto shop. They are thorough, honest, consultative, and reasonably priced. They take the time to explain what’s going on, walk you through your options, and make sure you understand what’s needed, no pressure and no upselling! They do exactly what they say they’re going to do and treat your vehicle with respect. It’s refreshing to work with a team you can genuinely trust.
